By using this website, enquiring with us or taking admission, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide offline classroom coaching for Class 8 to 12 (CBSE, ICSE and State Board) and preparation for JEE, NEET and MHT-CET at our centre in Kalyan West. Course details, batch timings and fees are shared during counselling and in the admission form.
2. Admission
- Admission is confirmed only after the admission form is completed and the applicable fees are paid.
- For students under 18, the admission form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
- We may decline or cancel admission if false information is provided.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees must be paid as per the fee structure and instalment dates given at admission.
- Receipts are issued for every payment.
- Late payment may lead to suspension of access to classes until dues are cleared.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Student conduct
- Students must follow the institute’s rules, attend classes on time and behave respectfully with teachers and other students.
- Damage to institute property must be paid for.
- Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.
5. Results
We work hard to help every student improve, but results depend on the student’s own effort, attendance and practice. We do not guarantee any particular marks, rank or admission result.
6. Study material and intellectual property
Twinkll modules, test papers, notes and other material are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be copied, sold or shared without our written permission. The content of this website belongs to Twinkll Institute.
7. Communication
By sharing your phone number with us, you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS and WhatsApp about your enquiry, admission and the student’s classes, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.
8. Changes to schedules
We may change batch timings, teachers or holidays when needed and will inform students and parents in advance where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
Information on this website is provided in good faith and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
